By creating an account, accessing, or using Mailixy, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use our services.
Mailixy allows registered users to create embeddable email collection components, which can be integrated into their websites to collect visitor emails. All collected emails will be stored securely within Mailixy platform, accessible through the user dashboard.
Mailixy uses Clerk for secure user authentication. To use our service, you are required to create an account, provide accurate and complete information, and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account.
If you subscribe to our Pro plan, we collect payment and subscription details, such as your billing information and subscription status.
Mailixy offers two subscription plans:
If you choose the Pro plan, you agree to provide accurate and complete billing information. Payments are collected monthly. By subscribing, you acknowledge that the subscription fee is recurring until canceled, and all payments are non-refundable.
Mailixy does not offer refunds for subscription fees, including the Pro plan. Upon subscribing, you gain immediate access to the services and benefits associated with your plan. Therefore, all payments are final.
By using the Mailixy platform to create embeddable components for email collection, you agree that:
Emails collected using Mailixy’s services are stored in our app and accessible through your user dashboard. You retain ownership of the collected emails, but by using Mailixy, you grant us the right to store and display this data for the purpose of providing the service.
Mailixy will not sell or share your collected emails with any third party, except as required by law.
You may cancel your subscription or close your account at any time. Upon cancellation or termination of your account, your access to the service will be restricted. Collected emails will remain stored on Mailixy servers unless deleted by you.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms.
Mailixy reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice. We may also adjust subscription pricing, but we will notify users of any price changes before they take effect.
Mailixy shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or issues resulting from the use of the service. You use the service at your own risk, and Mailixy disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
